Returns and Refunds

We have a no return policy. Unfortunately, because your item is customized to you, we cannot accept any returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we are unable to replace the item if damages occur after shipping.

Exchanges
Unfortunately items cannot be exchanged. Please make sure you have the correct size at checkout.
